At Little Buddy, we’re committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial matters. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making any payments.

 

🎓 Admissions-Related Payments

  1. Registration Fee:

The registration fee paid during admission is *non-refundable*. This amount is collected to initiate the admission process, reserve a seat, and cover preliminary administrative charges.

 

  1. Tuition Fee:

Tuition fees once paid are *non-refundable*. However, in special circumstances (such as medical emergencies or family relocation), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.

 

  1. Security Deposit (if applicable):

If a refundable security deposit is collected at the time of admission, it will be returned at the time of withdrawal, provided all dues are cleared and there is no damage to school property.

 

🤝 Franchise Fee & Setup Payments

 

  1. Franchise Application Fee:

The application or consultation fee (if charged) is non-refundable.

 

  1. Franchise Onboarding Fee / Setup Support Fee:

All payments made toward onboarding, curriculum licensing, setup, and franchise training are *non-refundable*, as they involve customized planning, materials, and resource allocation. 

 

However, should a franchisee cancel before the setup process begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative and processing costs.

 

⚠️ Refund Processing Time

 

If a refund is approved:

– It will be processed within *90 working days* via the original method of payment.

– An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is initiated.
